your[space] - is a pioneering mobile chiropractic service I founded to provide comprehensive manual therapy to New Brunswickers directly in your home/office setting.  I wanted to use my diversified skills of working in different environments ideally to help individuals facing mobility challenges or just a hectic schedule.  I am bringing a very rich clinical experience from Toronto to serve diverse wellness needs in my new community.

I grew up in Fredericton, New Brunswick and completed my Bachelors Degree there at UNB in 2007, I went on to complete my Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2011.  I was fortunate to be accepted into a Post-Graduate Residency program in Clinical Science where I was able to develop the skills needed to work within a wide range of settings and populations. During my time in the Residency and practicing in Toronto for 8 years I was involved in dozens of different clinical outreach initiatives which take place in the community, not a doctors office.  At the same time I worked at St. Michaels, and Mt. Sinai Hospitals teaching me how to work in the system and how to integrate with a patient's healthcare teams.

Over my career I have been able to foster old interests and developed new ones in many areas including but not limited to: running/endurance athletics; chronic pain/central sensitization; fascia/connective tissues; motor vehicle collisions/work place insurance claims; post-concussion syndrome/whiplash associated disorder; hypermobility disorders (ie Ehler's Danlos); lumbar spinal stenosis; mindfulness & meditation.
